Hillsborough County 4-H Youth Foundation is a private, non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation organized to support 4-H in Hillsborough County. As an independent, 501 (c)3 charitable organization, Hillsborough County 4-H Youth Foundation does not direct or implement 4-H programs at the state or local level.
